TWENTY-TWO Part Time Retail Sales Associate

Twenty-Two is Frost Designs Inc’s boutique home furnishing and decor store. Lindsey Frost, owner and lead designer, has a vision to bring a playful, collected and inspiring experience to the Chattanooga boutique market. Our store features a colorful mix of Palm Beach-inspired apparel, home decor, pop and abstract art and mid-century modern luxury. We strive to offer sustainable quality & unmatched customer service. 

We are looking for key part-time players to support the daily operations of our store, Twenty-Two. Our retail associates team will be involved in all aspects of customer service, sales, and daily operations. Working directly with our store manager,  this team will also support the implementation of floor displays & organization throughout the store. Responsibilities:

• Operating Clover POS (point of sale) system 

• Participate in all daily operations including, but not limited to answering phones, placing orders, customer communication, promotions and opening/closing procedures

• Assist in keeping the showroom lively, up to date, and well-stocked

• Serving customers in-store by providing product knowledge and assistance

• Assist to manage & resolve complaints/concerns from customers to maintain the store’s reputation of excellent customer care

• Maintain the store’s appearance and cleanliness on a daily basis 

Requirements & Skills:

• Positive & outgoing personality able to work with a team, meet and greet customers with the desire to build rapport & establish relationships that contribute to a fun & vibrant shopping experience

• Ability to problem solve and remain calm & positive

• Creative mind to support the vision & execution of floor displays and aesthetics

• Multi-task with the ability to be flexible in spontaneous situations

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Excellent organizing and teamwork skills 

• Ability & willingness to learn Clover POS system
